Xanadu Xtra Rewards Program – Terms & Conditions

Welcome to Xanadu Xtra's – our exclusive rewards program designed to give back to our loyal customers. By joining and participating in Xanadu Xtra's, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Membership Eligibility

• The Xanadu Xtra's Rewards Program (“Program”) is free to join.

• Membership is available to individuals aged 18 years or older with a valid email address.

• Business or commercial accounts are not eligible for the Program.

2. Earning Points

• Members will earn 5 points for every $1 spent on eligible purchases.

• Points are awarded based on the order subtotal (excluding shipping, discounts, gift cards, and taxes).

• Points are credited to your account once your order is marked as fulfilled and is not returned or refunded.

• Purchases made prior to joining the Program are not eligible for points.

3. Rewards Value

• Every 100 points = $1 in rewards value, effectively offering 5% back on every purchase.

• Points can be redeemed at checkout to reduce the cost of future orders. Login to your account and get your points code to redeem in checkout.

• Points have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to other accounts.

4. Referral Bonus

• Refer a friend and receive a $10 reward when your friend makes their first purchase using your unique referral link.

• The referred friend must be a new customer and complete a qualifying purchase.

• Referral rewards are issued as store credit or discount codes and are not transferable.

5. Points Expiry

• Points will expire 12 months after the date they are earned if not redeemed. Or, on the 1st of January at the beginning of each calendar year.

• No extensions or re-credits will be offered for expired points.

6. Exclusions & Adjustments

• Points will not be earned on purchases using full store credit or gift cards.

• If an order is returned or refunded, the associated points will be deducted from your account.

• We reserve the right to adjust points in cases of suspected fraud or misuse.

7. Program Changes

• Xanadu Living reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Program at any time without notice.

• Any changes will be updated on our website and take effect immediately upon posting.
