Return Costs

Change of mind: You will be responsible for return shipping costs. Plus, a 20% restocking fee - We can send you a prepaid packing slip where 20% restock fee and shipping will be deducted from your refund or alternatively you can send it back to us and we only only deduct the restock fee. These fees are directly for warehousing from our third party suppliers and not Xanadu Living.
